How We Build
Every venture in our portfolio follows the same battle-tested methodology. It’s not magic—it’s discipline, data, and relentless execution.
Phase 1: Discover
We start by deeply understanding the problem space. Who has this problem? How painful is it? What solutions exist today? Why do they fall short?
This phase typically takes 2-4 weeks and involves extensive research, interviews, and competitive analysis.
Phase 2: Define
Based on our discoveries, we define a clear value proposition and minimum viable product (MVP). What’s the simplest thing we can build that delivers real value?
We create detailed specifications, user stories, and success metrics.
Phase 3: Develop
We build fast using modern tools and methodologies. Two-week sprints, daily standups, continuous deployment. Our goal is to get something in users’ hands as quickly as possible.
Phase 4: Deploy
Launch is just the beginning. We deploy to a small group first, gather feedback obsessively, and iterate rapidly. Most of our ventures pivot at least once before finding product-market fit.
Phase 5: Scale
Once we’ve validated the model, we pour fuel on the fire. This is where our shared resources—marketing, sales, operations—really shine.
